其实这个词，中文我都听不懂。比如一个游戏工作室，说：我们“对标”腾讯。

补：感觉用这个词的人，本身就为了让人误解成，“我们跟他们是一个档次的公司”或者“我们敢跟他们直接竞争”。而等到内行出现，又可以马上改口“我们意思是，以他们为榜样”。

对标(benchmarking)指找到同类型的先进企业，然后用自己的单位成本，人工效率，价格等指标与对方企业进行对比。( the practice of comparing business processes and performance metrics to industry bests and best practices from other companies)

在实际翻译中可以直接翻译为“compare with xxx (in business process...)”，或者"set xxx as the target."
